It sounds like your computer may be overheating. Make sure it’s not inside of a cabinet with a closed door and that it has good ventilation. You’ll also want to open the case up and blow it out with a can of compressed air as there could be heavy dust covering fans and radiators. If your computer still freezes after you do this, it may be time for a new one, especially if it’s over 5 years old.

If your Internet service provider allows e-mail secure socket layers (SSL), you can configure those setting in your Microsoft Office Outlook. For a truly secure e-mail, you would not only need to use an SSL on your end but also the recipient would need to have SSL on their incoming mail server as well. Unfortunately, however, securing a single e-mail is not an option – you either have all your e-mail secure, or none.
