Browser Resizing

Recently my computer got a virus and I could not remove it so I had to have it removed by a computer person. Since the person did not have the software I previously had, the new software is working fine but every time I need to go to a new window, it opens up small and I have to click on F11 or the screen up in the left corner. Is there a way to get it back to opening up to a full screen? Not sure if I am making myself clear.

Technician Response:

The proper way to get a window to retain its previous window size, is to follow the correct steps. First open the window to the size you want it to open at in the future. Then instead of clicking the red X to close it, use the File menu, then select Exit. This in most cases will save the window size, and tell the computer to always open that program at that size.

While watching a video on YouTube, there is frequently a point in the video where it starts over, while continuing the first instance, and the audio is dubbed over, causing two voices to talk at the same time. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

It sounds like you may be running two instances of the video, maybe by double-clicking the video link from the place it was posted, instead of single-clicking the link. Your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) could also be automatically opening up more than one window.

If the issue persists, our technicians may be able to help, since they can actually view your screen and see what happens when you try to click the link.
