When you are sending sensitive information in an email, how can you make that one email secure? I have Windows 2010 and Vista.

The security of your e-mail depends on a few different things. If your Internet service provider allows e-mail secure socket layers (SSL), you can configure those setting in your Microsoft Office Outlook. For a truly secure e-mail, you would not only need to use an SSL on your end but also the recipient would need to have SSL on their incoming mail server as well. Unfortunately, however, securing a single e-mail is not an option – you either have all your e-mail secure, or none.
