Q. Can’t I just use the disc provided with my printer?
A. Yes. However, it is always best to use the latest device driver, downloaded and installed directly from the manufacturer’s website.
Q. Doesn’t my computer update automatically?
A. Possibly, but in many cases, the computer may not even notify the user that updates are available. My Computer Works can make sure your computer is completely up-to-date and that it stays that way.
Q. Can you help me install Microsoft Office?
A. Absolutely! We can install, configure, and help you use all products in the Microsoft Office suite, whether it is Word, Excel, or even PowerPoint. Just provide the installation disc(s) or other media, and we’ll do the rest!
